What are CS2 collections?
Collections are themed groups of weapon skins tied to specific maps or operations. Unlike case skins, collection skins drop randomly during gameplay or from operation rewards. Some collections are discontinued, making their skins rarer and more valuable over time.
How do collection drops work?
Active collection skins drop at the end of competitive or casual matches. The drop rates follow the standard rarity tiers, with Consumer Grade being the most common. Discontinued collections no longer drop, so their supply only decreases as skins are traded up or lost.
