Should I open Prisma Case in 2026?
Case opening has negative expected value once Steam fees are included — over a long run you'll lose money compared to buying the skins directly. Its current status is "rare", which can affect how supply is replenished. If you want a specific skin from this case, the math almost always favours buying it on the open market instead of gambling.
